Absolutely everything was amazing . The staff were very attentive and helpful as I was only there for 3 days. Didn’t have to worry about speaking Bengali as there was a level of Conversational English from everyone so they were able to understand and accommodate to me. Especially since I had an early Check in around 8am and then an even late Check out at 8.30pm . They were able to help and arrange a Pick Up and Drop off at the airport. Which was fantastic because how busy the Airport can get so they picked me up from the airport baggage till they made sure I went pass immigration. Another thing was the staff were fantastic especially my concierge and that was fast an efficient to make sure everything ran smoothly. The location is also very close to the airport making sure that even though there is Dhaka traffic it was great that the drivers gave recommendations on which time to leave. Also since it’s Hotel that’s been there for a very long time . Everyone knows it that’s I have encountered. So if you take a CNG , Rickshaw or Uber. Dhaka regency has built its legacy that gives you the comfort that you don’t have to worry about anyone not knowing where it is

The breakfast was excellent. There was a wide variety of both local and continental options, catering to different tastes. The dining area was spacious, providing a comfortable atmosphere. Overall, it exceeded our expectations and set a positive tone for the day.

I have travelled almost whole the world and stayed in hundreds of hotels, but I found the staff here very caring and loving. I had to leave early so as I got early flight so they only charged my half day for my 2nd day. The guys Sager, Najim were very helpful and kind. I gelt like being at home .

The hotel was clean and well maintained.Staff members are professional, had good knowledge and are polite. Due to it being the first day of ramadan for me, I enjoy the meal that was prepared from the ramadan menu. The location is perfect. Due to really bad traffic in Dhaka which is time consuming trying to get to the airport, the Regency is the perfect location right next to the airport.

I enjoyed there so much all were so kind , a nice surrounding the room was very tidy every day, our breakfast had a variety of food sweets and fruits you can also taste indian food which was cooked perfectly !!!

The room is very clean. Reception staff were very professional and courteous. The duty manager was very helpful.

Breakfast is good with many varities of foods. The front desk reception staff is helpful and wiling to assist on guest's request based on the type of room requirement. Very positive attitude from the staffs.
